Management

Project Manager

Oversight of Superintendent, Quality Control Manager and Subcontractor Relations. Provide all billing services associated with General Contractor and the Government Contracting Agency. Coordinate and update project schedule with certified Scheduler.

Superintendent

Schedule, coordinate and oversee work performed by all subcontractors. Identify and anticipate problems in construction and in applying prints to field conditions.  Conduct regular safety "tool-box" meetings as required when dual hatting as SSHO.

Quality Control Manager

Perform all Quality Control Functions per Government Contracting Agency Specifications. Including but not limited to: Daily Reports, Anticipating and Scheduling Inspections as required, conduct 3-Phase Control Meetings and inspections; Coordinate activities according to schedule and budget with Superintendent, Project Manager, Contracting Officer Representative, and Subcontractors.

Site Safety and Health Officer

Oversee the work of subcontractors to maintain compliance with OSHA and EM 385 1-1 Regulations, conduct daily safety, "tool-box" meetings or delegate and oversee that work to qualified foremen from subcontractors; maintain safety logs, incident reports, and documentation of all required safety training.

Scheduling Services

Perform all scheduling activities with Government required scheduling format - typically Primavera P6 Scheduling software. Provide weekly, monthly, and billing schedule documentation packages as required by Government Contracting Agency.

Submittal Review & Submission

QC Manager review of material submittals generated by General Contractor (or by subcontractors of the GC), make or request corrections as needed to satisfy Specifications, and submit (or resubmit) until acceptance.

Site Specific Accident Prevention Plan

Provide a customized Accident Prevention Plan per specifications, contract and job conditions. Identify and integrate all key elements of an (APP) Health and Safety Plan prepared by certified professionals. Coordinate subsections prepared by subcontractors or their agents as necessary. Draft submittal, review against Specifications and Submit (or resubmit) until approval.

Contractor Quality Control Plan

Provide a customized Quality Control Plan to the contract and job conditions. Identify and integrate all key elements of an CQC plan. Coordinate with DOR in Design/Build Projects for the submission / approval of Design Quality Control Plan as well as the Project QCP.  Draft submittal, review against Specifications and Submit (or resubmit) until approval.

Environmental Protection Plan

Provide a customized Environmental Protection Plan to the contract and job conditions. Identify and integrate all key elements of an acceptable plan - including Storm Water Pollution Prevention, Recyclable materials, Waste Disposal, Hazardous Waste and other Environmental elements. Draft submittal, review against Specifications and Submit (or resubmit) until approval.

Pre-Construction Services

Provide all Pre-Construction services including but not limited to pre-con submittals (APP, QCP, and EPP as described above), preconstruction meetings, survey and required materials testing, identifying potential subcontractors, requesting and evaluating bids (in consultation with GC), and drafting/awarding subcontracts acceptable to GC and Contracting Agency. This may or may not depending on GC preference include initial project and billing schedule.

Rate: Project specific quote - Any travel required for in-person preconstruction meetings will be paid by GC to include transportation (air fare, rental vehicle, hotel plus $50/day). **Any preconstruction surveys and tests required will be contracted out to local acceptable subcontractor and paid for by GC apart from our fees for Preconstruction Services.

Post-Construction Close-Out

Provide all Post-Construction services from date of acceptance (or substantial completion) through the transfer of real property and final billing. This will  include any close-out submittals as required. This may also include final surveys, production and submission of large format prints, mylars, and electronic copies in the format requested and/or warranty meetings, tags and required follow up inspections.
